🌿 Terroir & Maturation
The grapes come from old vines, some of which are over 100 years old, in La Horra , one of the best locations in the Ribera del Duero.
The low yields (only 1,000–2,500 kg/ha) concentrate fruit and complexity.
After fermentation in large foudres, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak – an aging process that seeks elegance rather than dominance.

Founded in 2007 by Javier Zaccagnini , former Managing Director of Bodegas AALTO and Director of the DO Ribera del Duero.
The project is inspired by Johann Sebastian Bach – “Sei Solo a Violino senza Basso accompagnato” , a homage to purity, concentration and structure.
Together with his son Michael , Zaccagnini creates wines that combine music and craftsmanship: Burgundian precision meets Spanish passion.
The Sei Solo is the heart of this philosophy – quiet, precise, masterfully composed.
