Sometimes referred to as the little Pingus, Peter Sisseck has once again created a masterpiece. Elegance and aroma at a very fair price.

Terroir
The grapes are sourced from selected winegrowers (more than 400 winegrowers with small plots and ancient vines are involved in this unique project by Peter Sisseck)

Vinification / Aging
Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete vats. Aging in concrete, large oak barrels, and French oak barriques previously used for Pingus and Flor de Pingus. The wine is bottled unfiltered and unclarified.

Allergens: Contains sulfites
