PSI – a project with a philosophy: Peter Sisseck, the star oenologist behind Dominio de Pingus, realized a vision with PSI in 2007. Together with over 400 small winegrowers, he rescues old vineyard plots, producing wines with depth, origin, and finesse. Vinification is carried out carefully and with minimal intervention – a clear focus on terroir expression.

PSI – not just the initials of Peter Sisseck, but also a symbol in psychology: it stands for soul. And that's exactly what you'll find in every bottle – thoughtfully designed, elegant, and full of personality.

Best enjoyed at room temperature (16–18 °C) . Open one hour beforehand – decant if desired, depending on the development.

🍇 Grape variety & vinification

• Grape variety: 90% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) / 10% Garnacha Tinta
• Vinification: Fermentation with native yeasts in a concrete tank
• Aging: 18 months in large oak barrels and barriques made of French oak, which were previously used for Pingus and Flor de Pingus.
• Alcohol content: 14.0% vol.
• Bottling: unfiltered, unclarified

• Region: Ribera del Duero, Spain

• Cultivation: by around 400 small-scale winegrowers with old vines

• Soil: mineral limestone & clay, vines are very old
