PSI – a project with a philosophy: Peter Sisseck, the star oenologist behind Dominio de Pingus, realized a vision with PSI in 2007. Together with over 400 small winegrowers, he rescues old plots and produces wines with depth, provenance, and finesse. Vinification is carried out mindfully and minimally invasively – a clear focus on terroir expression.

PSI – not just the initials of Peter Sisseck, but also a symbol of psychology: It stands for soul. And that's exactly what you'll find in every bottle – thoughtful, elegant, and full of personality.

Best enjoyed chilled at 16–18°C . Open one hour before serving – decant as needed.

🍇 Grape variety & aging

• Grape variety: 90% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino) / 10% Garnacha Tinta

• Vinification: Fermentation with native yeasts in concrete tanks

• Aging: 18 months in large French oak barrels and barriques, previously used for Pingus and Flor de Pingus.

• Alcohol content: 14.0% vol.

• Bottling: unfiltered, unclarified
