🌿 Terroir & Maturation

The grapes come from old vines in La Horra, Gumiel de Izan, and Moradillo, located in the highlands of Ribera del Duero.

Here, dense, aromatic grapes with a special minerality and structure are produced.

After fermentation, the wine matures for 18 months in French oak, before each barrel batch is individually tasted and selected – only the best barrels bear the name Preludio.
