I Contadini's Black Olive Paté is one of the most traditional and popular in southern Italy. Almost 90% of this pâté consists of two outstanding olive varieties— Leccine and Celline —which captivate with their delicate, fruity, intensely spicy notes.
After careful harvesting and pickling, they become a delicately spicy paste – full-bodied, full of character, yet creamy and mild. No artificial additives, refined only with oil and lemon – ready to enjoy and use straight away .

🛠️ Production & Philosophy
The olives are harvested by hand in Puglia between October and November and soaked in brine for six months – a process that gently reduces bitterness. They are then finely chopped and blended with high-quality olive oil – completely without vinegar or preservatives .
