It is produced by I Contadini , a family-run manufacturer from Apulia. For over 30 years, the Trentin family has cultivated their land with dedication – today managed by grandsons Edoardo and Emanuele. 🌱 Here, agriculture means more than just growing crops: every harvest is processed by hand, many vegetables are traditionally dried in the Apulian sun ("Essiccazione al sole" ☀️), and every jar contains honest craftsmanship.
