Bomba del Salento – Chili Power from Puglia 🌶️

Bomba del Salento is a fruity, spicy paste made from 50% Italian peperoncini 🌶️ – grown in May, harvested by hand from August to October, and processed with the utmost care. Together with extra virgin olive oil 🫒, sweet paprika, and sun-dried tomatoes, a powerful aroma is created that enriches any kitchen.

Whether as a seasoning for pasta 🍝, pizza 🍕, or as a marinade for meat and vegetable dishes – this paste brings fiery intensity to the plate and gives dishes an authentic Apulian touch.

It is produced by I Contadini, a family manufactory from Puglia. For over 30 years, the Trentin family has cultivated their land with dedication – now led by grandchildren Edoardo and Emanuele. 🌱 Here, agriculture means more than just cultivation: every harvest is processed by hand, many vegetables are traditionally sun-dried in the Apulian sun ("Essiccazione al sole" ☀️), and every jar contains honest craftsmanship.
