Bomba del Salento – Chili power from Apulia 🌶️

Bomba del Salento is an intense paste made from 50% Italian peperoncini 🌶️ – grown in May, harvested by hand from August to October, and processed with the utmost care. Combined with extra virgin olive oil 🫒, sweet bell peppers, and sun-dried tomatoes, it creates a powerful flavor that enhances any kitchen.

Whether as a seasoning for pasta 🍝, pizza 🍕 or as a marinade for meat and vegetable dishes – this paste brings fiery intensity to the plate and gives dishes an authentic Apulian touch.

It's produced by I Contadini , a family-run winery in Puglia. For over 30 years, the Trentin family has been cultivating their land with dedication—now run by their grandchildren Edoardo and Emanuele. 🌱 Here, farming means more than just cultivation: every harvest is processed by hand, many vegetables are traditionally dried in the Puglian sun (“Essiccazione al sole” ☀️), and every jar is the product of honest craftsmanship.
