The vineyards lie on marl and limestone soils with an ideal southeast orientation. This is where the typical richness and minerality of Meursault develops.
Malolactic fermentation in oak barrels gives the wine its buttery softness, while maturation in barrels from our own cooperage brings balance and finesse.
