The Hacienda Monasterio comes from the D.O. Ribera del Duero.
It consists of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo), Cabernet Sauvignon, and Malbec, organically cultivated on calcareous soils.
With an alcohol content of 14.5%, a drinking temperature of 16–18 °C, and a storage potential until 2036, it demonstrates impressive structure and longevity.
🪵 Vinification & Aging
The grapes are strictly selected and completely destemmed. After a week of cold maceration, fermentation takes place with natural yeasts in steel tanks.
The wine then matures for 17 months in French oak, 15% in new and 85% in used barriques.
The result is a wine of clear structure, depth, and wonderfully integrated wood.

The vines grow on 78 hectares of calcareous soils between Pesquera and Valbuena de Duero – one of Spain's most renowned areas.
