The Hacienda Monasterio 2022 comes from the DO Ribera del Duero .
It consists of Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) , Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec , organically cultivated on calcareous soils .
With an alcohol content of 14.5% , a drinking temperature of 16-18 °C and a storage capacity until 2036, it shows impressive structure and longevity.
🪵 Vinification & Aging
The grapes are carefully selected and completely destemmed . After a week of cold maceration, fermentation with natural yeasts takes place in steel tanks .
The wine then matures for 17 months in French oak , 15% in new and 85% in used barriques.
The result is a wine with clear structure, depth and wonderfully integrated wood.

The vines grow on 78 hectares of calcareous soils between Pesquera and Valbuena de Duero – one of the most renowned regions in Spain.
Organic farming and low yields ensure exceptional fruit concentration and purity of flavor.
