Its refined elegance makes it a perfect accompaniment to fried or grilled freshwater fish and asparagus dishes. The refreshing acidity and delicate fruitiness pair well with cream soups containing poultry, pumpkin, or celery, as well as boiled beef and all baked dishes.

👨 The Türk family winery – craftsmanship with heart

For over 300 years, the Türk family has cultivated the art of winemaking in the Kremstal region of Lower Austria. Today, Franz and Alexander Türk run the winery with great dedication in the 11th generation – combining traditional craftsmanship with a deep understanding of nature and terroir.
