Grapefruit, lime, yellow apple, then tobacco notes develop. Finely polished acid structure. Pleasant progression, with its delicate bitterness in the finish that encourages the next sip. The taut texture clearly conveys the rock on which the vines stand.

Due to its noble elegance, it is a perfect accompaniment to fried or grilled freshwater fish and asparagus dishes. The refreshing acidity and fine fruit combine with cream soups with poultry, pumpkin or celery, but also boiled beef and all baked goods.
