The Dürnstein Kellerberg vineyard is arguably one of the most famous vineyards in the Wachau region. It not only shapes the landscape of Dürnstein but also forms the basis for particularly intense and mineral-driven wines. The sandy, barren soil is characterized by weathered gneiss, the parent rock of this vineyard.
This heart- and palate-refreshing Grüner Veltliner captivates with its spicy aroma, accompanied by delicate citrus notes. On the palate, it combines juicy, sweet honeydew melon with overripe passion fruit, culminating in a wonderfully harmonious finish with subtle yeasty notes.
