The Paccheri Rigati from Pastificio Gentile come from Gragnano, the "pasta capital" of Italy. Since the 16th century, this town in Campania has been synonymous with premium, artisanal pasta. The family-run Gentile company has been producing pasta using traditional methods since 1876 and proudly carries the "Pasta di Gragnano IGP" seal – a protected geographical indication that guarantees the highest quality.

🌾 Ingredients with a History

Only Italian durum wheat of the Senatore Capelli variety is used – an ancient, high-quality grain known for its particularly intense flavor. The dough is pressed through bronze dies, resulting in a velvety, slightly rough surface that perfectly captures sauces.

🔥 Gently Dried – With Time and Patience

After shaping, the pasta is slowly dried for up to 42 hours at a maximum of 50 °C. This gentle method preserves the flavors, ensures a perfect bite, and makes the pasta particularly easy to digest.
