This is how this great wine is made:

The grapes are hand-picked and sorted on a vibrating table. After fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the must undergoes an 18-day maceration period. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barriques (50% new, 50% second-use). After 18 months of aging in wood, the wine undergoes a further 12 months of bottle aging.
