The "Fioles" are a perfectly exposed region that provides the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that make up this cuvée with the quality necessary to develop a great Champagne. A single harvest year for a Champagne that reflects the finesse of its terroir.

Raspberry pink colour, fairly fluid and satiny appearance, fine bubbles. Raspberry, blackcurrant, pepper, red rose on the nose. Creamy effervescence on the palate. Crisp fruitiness underpinned by a minerality that gives bite and scope to the palate. Sleek finish around a taut raspberry acidity that prolongs the fruity offering, which is fresh and bright.
