🛠️ This is how this elegant rosé champagne is made:

This 2017 Rosé de Macération is made from 95% Pinot Noir and 5% Chardonnay, both fermented using the maceration method. The wine is then produced in vats with malolactic fermentation. Afterward, the Champagne matures on its lees for 24 to 36 months and is given a Brut dosage of 6 g/l.

In the heart of the Côte de Bar, more precisely in Celles-sur-Ource, lies the Huguenot-Tassin family winery. Founded in 1984 by Benoît and Marie-Claire Huguenot, it is now run by the fourth generation, their children Adeline and Edouard. However, the family's roots in winemaking stretch back to the beginning of the last century, demonstrating their deep connection to the region and its traditions.

🌱 The winery's philosophy is sustainable balance . Adeline and Edouard strive to create ever more expressive and refined champagnes that authentically reflect the unique terroir of the Côte de Bar.

🪨 The region's defining characteristic is the Kimmeridge limestone soil , which imparts a distinctive minerality and structure to the wines. With great respect for this precious heritage, the winery works daily to bring out its natural qualities in their Champagnes.
