A vintage and a grape variety with character from your two oldest plots. One gives its freshness, the other its richness. The rigorous selection of the best grapes and the best juice. And time... to express all its potential.

Light yellow gold color with light straw yellow reflections, fairly dense and bright appearance, fine bubbles. On the nose, mirabelle plum, honey, sour cherry, Tatin apple, stony limestone, grapefruit. On the palate, smooth and fresh, creamy and melted effervescence. Ripe, fleshy and crisp fruitiness, supported by a pomelo acidity, fresh and finely stitched with a limestone minerality that gives fruity resonance and length to the palate. Finale marked by a delicate fruitiness and a balanced material.
