Taste of the sea - and vegan!

Shoyu Ramen broth is another vegan option in the broth range. It is not only of particular interest to vegans, but also to anyone who places great value on an optimal iodine supply. For this unique broth, wakame seaweed and shiitake mushrooms are mixed with cold water and heated to 80 ºC. After simmering for a full 10 hours, the broth is seasoned with rice vinegar, salt and beet sugar and bottled in a sterile container.

With this vegan broth you get an umami bomb made from mushrooms and algae, which is then rounded off with the best organic shoyu (the traditional Japanese soy sauce made from soy, wheat and sea salt). This gives the full flavor without the addition of animal products as a base for your ramen noodle soup or simply on its own as a quick Japanese soup with a gentle caramel note.

One bottle makes 2-3 portions. Of course, this also depends on how much liquid you have in your dish. The broth does not need to be diluted. It is made in such a way that you can simply heat it up and enjoy it on its own.
