Shichimi Togarashi - Organic spice mix from J.Kinski 70g

Shichimi Togarashi: The Japanese spice blend for connoisseurs 🍜

An explosion of flavors for your kitchen!

This organic spice blend is a true spectacle of aromas: fiery chili 🌶️ meets fresh orange peel, toasted sesame, and the umami depth of nori seaweed. Rounded off with Sichuan pepper and ginger, it unfolds a unique flavor – balanced, intense, and surprisingly versatile.

Whether as a topping for sushi, in bowls, or over sautéed vegetables – Shichimi Togarashi adds depth, freshness, and a gentle heat to your dishes. A must-have for all fans of Japanese cuisine.

🌿 Organic, social & handmade – made by J.Kinski

J.Kinski is no ordinary gourmet label, but a passion project with a conscience. Behind the name are Yvi & Jörg – two culinary idealists with an eventful history: from cooking evenings in a Berlin laundromat to an award-winning organic manufactory. Their philosophy: uncompromising quality, social responsibility, and honest craftsmanship.

All products are created in their own workshop, where organic is not just a label, but a standard. Packaging and shipping are handled by the Lebenshilfe Gera workshops – and in 2022, J.Kinski was honored by the EU Commission as the best medium-sized organic company.
