Our favorite noodles! Hakubaku has launched a fantastic, traditional, organic Japanese-style ramen noodle range. These wheat noodles can be used in a classic ramen soup, but are also perfect for stir-frying. With our broths and sauces, as well as ingredients of your choice, you can conjure up delicious Japanese-style stir-fried noodles in just a few minutes.

Our organic ramen noodles are a real highlight for your ramen soup. First, cook the noodles separately and then place them in a ramen bowl. Then, top up the bowl with broth (broth base and tare). Our noodles are enough for two servings.
