Carefully cooked from beef neck bones and marrow bones from Hohenlohe pasture-fed beef , ginger, onion and aromatic spices, it unfolds a distinctive interplay of salty, spicy, citrus-fresh and slightly sweet notes - harmonious and full-bodied at the same time.

This Phở Bò is prepared according to a traditional Vietnamese recipe using only beef bones. This ensures an intense depth of flavor and natural nutrients that you'll taste with every spoonful.
