Peanut Soya Rayu is J. Kinski's interpretation of the classic Rayu spice oil – with a crucial twist: The good stuff stays in! Crunchy pieces of sesame, peanut, fermented soybeans, and spicy seaweed provide texture and pure umami. The base of fine rapeseed oil gently carries the aroma to any dish.

Unlike conventional chili oils, this rayu is only slightly spicy and impresses with its full-bodied, nutty, and spicy flavor . Perfect for those who like to experiment but don't like things too hot.
