Sometimes a good dish doesn’t need a complicated sauce at all. A spoonful of rice, some vegetables, avocado or an egg – and a pinch of Gomasio Supreme on top.

The Japanese-inspired seasoning topping by J.Kinski combines white and black sesame with shiitake, nori and sea algae. The sesame adds nutty roasted aromas and a fine crunch, while the mushrooms and algae provide hearty umami depth.
