Vegan Ramen Base Broth

The vegan Dashi Umami broth is another vegan option in the broth range. It is not only of particular interest to vegans, but also to anyone who places great value on an optimal iodine supply. For this unique broth, wakame seaweed and shiitake mushrooms are mixed with cold water and heated to 80 ºC. After simmering for a full 10 hours, the broth is seasoned and bottled under sterile conditions.

Full of flavor without the addition of animal products as a base for your ramen noodle soup or simply pure as a quick, light vegetable soup. This basic broth saves the long cooking time of a fresh vegetable soup, without compromising on flavor. Season, spiciness, sweeten to your liking and add fresh vegetables, tofu, nuts and toppings. Fast and healthy - umami in your mouth!
