Shiitake mushrooms, wakame seaweed, ginger, and spring onions simmer for ten hours at 80°C – entirely without artificial additives or animal products. The result is a clear, golden-brown broth bursting with umami , perfectly balanced between earthiness, sea freshness, and gentle sweetness.
