Vegan Ramen Base Broth
The vegan Dashi Umami broth is another vegan option in our broth range. It's not just of interest to vegans, but also to anyone who values optimal iodine intake. For this unique broth, wakame seaweed and shiitake mushrooms are infused with cold water and heated to 80°C. After simmering for a full 10 hours, the broth is seasoned and bottled under sterile conditions.
