🌿 Origin & Winery
Azienda Agricola Molino was founded in 1991 by Virginio Molino. Today, siblings Tommaso, Franco, and Dario Molino run the traditional family business. On over 16 hectares in the heart of Piedmont, they produce wines full of character: Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, as well as Chardonnay and Arneis.
The Ausario hill is the heart of the winery. The vines grow on white-grey layered clay in a particularly advantageous, windy microclimate. Old, well-tended vines give the wines structure, power, and elegance.
🍷 Vinification & Aging

Harvest: First half of October, hand-picked when fully ripe

Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures

Aging: Two years in wooden barrels (partly barriques, partly 500 l tonneaux)
- 100% Nebbiolo,
- Alcohol content: 15% Vol.
This careful vinification ensures balance, depth, and excellent aging potential.
