🌿 Origin & Winery
Azienda Agricola Molino was founded in 1991 by Virginio Molino. Today, siblings Tommaso, Franco, and Dario Molino run the traditional family business. On over 16 hectares in the heart of Piedmont, they produce wines full of character: Barbaresco, Barbera, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, as well as Chardonnay and Arneis.
The Ausario hill is the heart of the winery. The vines grow on whitish-gray layered clay soil in a particularly favorable, windy microclimate. Old, well-tended vines lend the wines structure, power, and elegance.
🍷 Vinification & Aging

Harvest: First half of October, fully ripe, hand-picked

Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature

Maturation: Two years in wooden barrels (partly barriques, partly 500 l tonneaux)
- 100% Nebbiolo, 15% vol.
This careful vinification ensures balance, depth and excellent aging potential.
