Our award-winning Amed Fleur de Sel sea salt is harvested by hand from coconut palm trees on the tropical coasts of Bali. The salt farmers still use the traditional salt-making methods that have been in use for several centuries to produce our mineral-rich salt.

Fleur de Sel is the premium salt that is formed naturally on the surface of the water.

Amed is located on the tropical coast of East Bali

The sea salt from Amed is known worldwide for its high quality and fine taste. In the 17th century, the salt farmers from Amed were therefore appointed royal salt producers of the Karangasem Regency.

Our salt is not processed and therefore retains all of its minerals. The lid of the packaging is made from sustainably produced coconut wood. This makes Fleur de Sel the perfect salt at the table, giving every dish that special something.
