Deep ruby ​​red with rich, dense aromas. Dried cherries, figs, plum compote, and a hint of cocoa and chamomile on the nose.

🪵 Vinification & Aging

After harvesting, the grapes are dried for over 100 days , which causes them to lose up to 50% of their weight – this concentrates aromas and sugar.

Fermentation then takes place in stainless steel tanks , after which the wine matures for 24 months in 500-liter oak barrels and a further 12 months in large Slovenian wooden barrels .

Before release, it rests in the bottle for at least a year – for absolute harmony.

🌿 Terroir & Origin

The grapes come from the famous single vineyard Sant'Urbano – 19 hectares at 280–350 m altitude , with calcareous, volcanic soils and a high clay content.

These soils retain moisture and give Amarone its distinctive minerality and depth .
