A Riesling with the classic, intense stone fruit nose of apricots and citrus fruits. It combines a smooth, full texture with a racy piquancy and stony, compact minerality. The long finish adds notes of herbs such as chamomile. Crystal-clear, full fruit with ripe acidity and an elegant, dry finish.

A wine that goes particularly well with freshwater and sea fish that are grilled or steamed with herbs. The piquancy of the wine also goes well with white meat, poultry and vegetable dishes prepared with ginger and lemongrass. It is also a winner as a stimulating aperitif.
