The vinegar with passion fruit has a wonderful and mild fruity aroma. It goes excellently with salmon carpaccio and Asian dishes with poultry, fish and meat. It gives rocket, tomato or tuna salad a particularly unique aroma. You can also use it to refine fruity, light sauces or in desserts such as vanilla ice cream or panna cotta.

A splash of this vinegar in mineral water is particularly refreshing and thirst-quenching!
