Chimichurri is a South and Central American sauce made from parsley flakes, garlic, onion, natural sea salt, chili flakes, oregano, crushed black pepper, coriander and lemon zest used on grilled meats. It originates from Argentina but is also used in Uruguay and in countries such as Nicaragua, Colombia and Mexico

How to use: Rub all over meat before frying; sprinkle over fish fillets before searing; Make a classic chimichurri sauce by whisking together 2 tablespoons chimichurri, 3 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons water, 1/2 tablespoon vinegar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Stir all ingredients together and let sit for about 30 minutes before serving.
