Ghost peppers are also called Bhut Jolokia chilis and are among the hottest chilis in the world. They originally come from India - Bhut Jolokia means something like ghost chili. It is often used in aioli for burgers and sandwiches and we especially recommend it to all Habanero Mango Aioli fans who like the spiciness of the Habanero.
