The addictive seasoning paste!

The fiery red RAYU spice oil based on the Japanese model is traditionally used to give your favorite dishes such as ramen, gyoza dip, soups or even noodles a smoky spiciness. We have the chunky version where the spices stay in the jar. J. Kinski's Rayu adaptation is full of garlic, spring onions and ginger. Roasted sesame seeds, crunchy peanut pieces and fermented soybeans add that special bite. Wakame seaweed and shiitake mushrooms add the umami finishing touch.

With this seasoning paste you can add individual flavors to our basic broths. Simply try out which amount of seasoning paste is suitable for your individual dish. Rayu can also be used as a topping on all warm dishes, as a marinade or to make dips for sandwiches and to refine burgers.

Since it is only slightly spicy, it is suitable for anyone who doesn't like it so fiery, but prefers it crispy and fine.
