The finely balanced acidity of citrus fruits with the finely salty taste of shoyu (soy sauce) and the sweetness of rice wine. The lemon shoyu tare (seasoning sauce) not only spices things up, but actually determines the character of the ramen broth.

The Lemon Shoyu Tare is stirred gently and for a long time until all the aromas and flavors have merged into a perfect syrup symbiosis. Made by hand and with love and the best ingredients.
