The garlic for the Black Garlic Shoyu Tare ferments for weeks until it finally takes on the typical black color and forms a wonderfully aromatic fusion with soy sauce, caramelized ginger and chili. Then it is gently stirred for a long time until all the aromas and flavors have been transferred to the sesame oil and then heated to a maximum of 50 degrees. The Black Garlic Shoyu Tare with its slight spiciness not only spices things up, but actually determines the character of a ramen broth.

Little bonus tip: For ramen, simply soak soft-boiled eggs in the tare overnight - it's a real treat!

Storage: Store dry and protected from light at room temperature. After opening, store in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.
